3. Obstacles and Barriers
Negative beliefs and the subconscious mind.
Is your past keeping you from moving forward?
What are you excuses for not taking action?
Against all odds, people who didn’t quit.
 

4. Energy Drains
Cleaning up your emotional and physical messes and making room for the new.
Fears, worries and negative people
