Meditation    
  On The Beach  

  I am offering you an invitation,
 to join me in the beautiful setting
   of Lake Erie,
at Sunset Bay   
     Beach for…     

 Mindfulness Meditation
& Inner-Wisdom  
  Journaling. 

The meditation will start at 7:00am or 7:30am in the morning.
T
he weekday and exact time is to be determined by your responses.

Early Morning and Weekdays
is necessary for
the most peace
and quiet at the beach.

The meditation will be 
one hour long.

After the meditation,
there will be optional journaling session that I will start you on by asking you questions and helping you connect to your inner-wisdom in a meditative process.
Then you are on your own for your journaling process.

There is a break wall for walking,
Benches and rocks to sit on,
Trees for shade,
And picnic tables under a pavilion,
Or you can stay and journal
with the group.

There will be no bathroom
until the beach officially opens around 10:00am.

The public beach (Hanover Beach) and parking at the break wall in Sunset Bay is free so you are welcome to stay as long as you want.

All you need is a blanket,
a sun-umbrella if desire, comfortable clothing in layers, 
a notebook journal,
water and healthy snack for after.

(The beach is cool in the early morning but warms up fast.)

This class will be free to teens and college students,
A Donation offering
will be optional and welcome for those who can.

The intention
for this meditation class
will be Love,
Inner-Peace and Healing…
Healing your life,
 as well as healing Lake Erie
and the Earth.

My usual guiding for meditation will be less for this class,
as we will concentrate
and practice more mindfulness
and 
the peacefulness
of the natural surrounding sounds.
